About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to support and lead customer implementations of Axivion Architecture Verification and Qt Coco tools. This position will serve as a technical liaison between customers, the sales team, and the product development team, with a particular focus on the automotive software development environment. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working directly on-site at customer locations and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Deploy Axivion Architecture Verification and Qt Coco tools in customers’ development environments, and develop customized scripts/automation tools to resolve integration issues, especially in AUTOSAR-based development environments.
• Accompany sales managers in the sales process, providing technical demonstrations and PoC (Proof of Concept) implementation support.
• Provide regular on-site support to customers to ensure successful tool adoption and utilization.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customer engineering teams.
• Identify common technical issues from customers and provide feedback to the development team for product improvement.
• Continuously stay up-to-date on automotive software development standards and methodologies such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in automotive software development.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tool integration; experience in C/C++ development and a solid grasp of software architecture principles.
• Experience with static code analysis and/or code coverage tools.
• Understanding of Automotive SPICE processes, especially in software testing and verification.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 40% travel). Comfortable with long-term on-site work at customer locations.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in AUTOSAR-based development and understanding of ARxml file structure and processing.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Google Test) and familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) environments.
• Understanding of the automotive ECU development lifecycle.
• Prior experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
• Experience in managing customer expectations and facilitating complex technical discussions.
• Proven ability to build trust with technical contacts.
